Regarding to complete balance work, DCD inspection and issue

of cradle rent to complete balance work

Dear Mr. Sajith,

With reference to above  and our repeated  follow up  that we are paying cradle rent for your work  since long time ,still aluminium work pending and we want to put your kind notice  that:

1. As per discussion, you are willing to do pending   Elevation work latter on, we have query that how you will execute balance work, if we will remove the cradle?

•  We are continuously following up to complete front side aluminum work and allow us to complete our work, as well as ground interlock work, all civil work still pending as we could not remove the cradle due to your pending work and we cannot execute other work below cradle to avoid any incident, we can’t invite authority if cradle remain at site?

•  It is really serious issue for us that you are still keeping your work pending and client forcing us to remove the cradle for DCD inspection application will be placed very soon.

• We will remove the cradle, Chirag contracting will not reinstall and Metalu need to arrange the same at their cost that you will manage your work with your cost only.

Kindly provide your clearance for cradle removal please give us in written confirmation that you will manage your work with your cradle.

So, this is serious issue financially as well as project delay due to pending aluminum work in elevation   and you did not to complete the high level work which required cradle and still balance and client insisting to remove the cradle for DCD.
