Sub : Regarding the drainage drawing for pool.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to request you that , we did our best to prepare pool drainage drawing and kindly note the following:
- For swimming pool equipment room and pressure breaking man hole location along with drainage line proposal always being approved with complete project drainage drawing and we never supplied these drawings for all our ongoing projects wherever we have the pool .
- At our project, the pool equipment room and drainage approval for future pool was not available, means drainage line as per DM regulation and must be design by consultant , our part to make “As Built “ if required or prepare shop drawing based on DM drawing.
- To our best support, we prepared the same but we do not have any DWF facility to convert our drawing in to same software and needs to be checked by “SME”, the contractor proposal according to DM regulation, we will try if possible.
So, we are working on the drawing and root designing subject to your review and approval with respect to the regulation and trying to submit today before end of the day and being requested kindly do not held responsible for our proposal is not as per DM requirement or further comment or delay for the same.
Meantinme, if you are require, kindly amend accordingly.
