With reference to above as we came to know, there is a change in approved kitchen drawing, which you did not submit the revise drawing and you did not inform for the same as well as changes near chef office and at kitchen hood in all day dinning.

Kindly note that if there is any change you must intimated formally and revise drawing must be approved and to be coordinated with MEP division, which did not happen till dead.

So, you are hereby instructed to submit your revise drawing along with financial concern if any without further delay.
