Subject : Regarding Submission of variation for GRAMS and for other items
Dear Mr Tahir,
With reference to above we would like to inform you that we are waiting all MEP variation for the project as per revised drawing submitted by client or consultant.
I would like to inform you that we will not get any variation amount if not submitted as per contract terms and condition, in time prior to execution of the work.
So, this is the final reminder that if any variation will not approved by the consultant due to late submission, it will be issue for main contractor and ultimately we will loose our claim.
This is for your kind information and immediate action.
