Subject: Regarding requirement of approved tile samples for our reference
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we kindly request you to provide the approved tile samples from Al Shaya Trading Co LLC as well as Enviro Tech General Trading for our reference to compare after delivery of the materials at the site.
Furthermore the supplier will get the cheque not immediately after delivery of the materials, we have our right to check the documents and compare with the sample as well as we have to raise the inspection to the consultant also.
So, the cheque will be released after satisfaction and inspection.
