Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that we had meeting with Mr. Rajan at your site and we discussed the following.

1. The proposal and shop drawing of the tank for the tank and supplier concern how they fix the tank under pool deck.
2. As per approved drawing contractor will be provide 1mx1m  manhole opening and we need your confirmation that your team will access to fix all equipment’s and tank without any issue kindly assess all your risk and mitigate now as we are proceeding for lower roof slab.
3. To discussion with our MEP team along with your shop drawing and requirement of general arrangement by required by MEP team along with the number of the floor trap which will be fixed in the lower roof slab which is in progress.
4. The location and size of the pressure breaking manhole and other drainage and supply coordination and power requirement for head and cool pump as per revised location and supply route from the upper roof.

SO, kindly send Mr. Rajan and team to discuss with MEP team by tomorrow at 10AM and we need GRP tank proposal and approval.
