With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to intimate you again the submission of technical details and sample board/samples for materials and accessories are still awaited from your side.

As you intimated consultant will take 14 days for reviewing any submittal and revised submittal also same. Without approval of materials you can’t start work at site

So, this is for your kind intimation to submit pending submittal as an earliest possible.
