Subject : Regarding missing PT Drawing for pool deck and LPG Gas tank drawing in documents transmittal xxx dated xxx and submission of drawing set.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, the documents transmittal reference xxx issued from your office on dated 31.05.17. We checked the set of drawings provided form your office with building permit no. xxx dated 30.05.17 in the said documents transmittal package the following drawing is not available.
- Pool Deck structural details drawing missing form the set.
- In drawing DR-12, the Gas tank position was clouded and gas tank not shown in the position proposed as per your instruction
- The revised civil defense drawing with LPG Gas tank not available in the revised Building permit no. xxx dated xxx
We are submitting one set of A2 size 55 nos. drawing issue with Building permit no. 241570-24-2 dated 30.05.17
This is for your kind information and record to provide required drawing and clear the issue of LPG gas tank.
