Subject:             Regarding location drawing for pump, tank etc

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that you did not provide the required detail fully still we are waiting for the missing detail and kindly note the following:

1. The agreement document with us because you must give acceptance from the client for 10 years water proofing guarantee because in our Main contract ,the water proofing guaranty must be for 20 years , we already intimated to the client and still we did not get reply from them .
2. As we have been communicated by the Client that, you are not agree with the payment terms but in our LPO terms we mentioned in item no.7 & 8, but you accepted the same and did not intimate for such issue.
3. Kindly provide the location for pump room, balancing tank and required foundation size with dimension to calculate the weight of the foundation. Because location must be shown along with the dead load of the concrete plus weight of the water and foundation location to access the design parameter by the designer.
4. Drawing supposed to be submitted within 15 days as we have mentioned in our LPO terms ref no: CC/UNITD/001 DT.08.11.16
