Subject: Regarding discrepancies in Gyproc specification-Citymax
Dear Mr. xxx,
With ref. to above, we have queries regarding the submittal which you have sent to us about Gyproc specifications, kindly note the following:
- For type P-06 and type P-07 which has STC value as 55, you have given double layer of Calcium Silicate and MR but in our scope it is mentioned as single layer.
- We have Calcium Silicate in our scope and in your proposal it is mentioned as MR are both same materials ?
- We are giving the latest architectural drawings by mentioning the type of partition to calculate the exact quantity.
- We are also attaching the BOQ taken from tender drawings so that you can calculate the quantities.
- Find the ceiling quantity from the BOQ attached which is calculated from tender drawings where we have some variation.
So, we need explanation in your submittal and find the files as you have required from us.
