With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform the followings.

1. Your documents received back from the consultant and send someone for the collection.
2. We required the door frame sample for the left and right side jamb to use for the tile fixing.
3. We need all doors to be fixed in mockup room including sliding door which we required to fix the ceiling.
4. We are waiting for the sample and specification for the civil defense door including subcontractor DCD license as well as certificates.
5. We are already continuing the partition work since we didn’t receive any reply from your end. Letter reference- no: CC/HC/004 Date: 25.03.17.
6. We are again reminding you to collect contract agreement documents  for the signature and stamp(Reminder)
