Subject              : Regarding reconfirmation for tile quantity for typical toilet floor, guest room floor as well as skirting for guest room.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we are here by confirming the tile quantity as per the realistic wastage which is exceeding more than 10% due to the ID drawing and we are confirming the revised tile quantity with the actual wastage.

1. Typical floor guest room floor  tile supplied from LGF Exporter- 430 sqm
2. Typical floor guest room toilet floor tile supplied from LGF Exporter- 610sqm
3. Skirting in guest room – 900mtr

Furthermore kindly note the following.

1. Due to ID drawing the wastage is more than the 10% so extra wastage to be supplied by client since we are following the ID drawing.
2. We consider 2% for future use to be hand over as spare tile to client.
3. The toilet floor have more wastage due to tile size pattern and design.
4. The above mentioned area to be supplied at project site to in cooperate for balance tile quantity order which is awaited.
