Dear Mr. xxx,
Referring to you letter ref No.: SUN-14-244-JRA-xxx-207, please be informed that we had send out team to rectify and the reports are the following,
- Angle Valve Leakage at Block No D, E, F and P.
- Block D Flat No. 103, 106, & 107 – These rooms are checked and completed.
- Block E Flat No. 002, 110, 114, 112, 113, 115, 116, 218, 310, 401, 416 & 418 – These rooms are checked and completed.
- Block F Flat No. 211 – The room is checked and completed.
- Block P Flat No. 223 – The room is checked and completed.
- Shattaf Leakage at Block – D, E, F and P
- Block D Flat No. 103, 106 & 107 – These rooms are checked and completed.
- Block E Flat No. 113, 214, 215, 202, & 209 – These rooms are checked and completed.
- 208 – Ablution Spray leak – This claim is forwarded to RAK Kludi, if they found product defective (Not damaged by the user) it will be replace by their service Technicians.
- Block F Flat No. 002, 004 – These are not pods and the work is done by xxx Engineering at site.
- 205 & 215 These rooms are checked and completed.
- Block P Flat No. 123 – This room is checked and completed.
- 212, 224 & 312 – Ablution Spray leak – This claim is forwarded to RAK Kludi, if they found product defective (Not damaged by the user) it will be replace by their service Technicians.
- Shower Mixer not working at Block F – Flat No. 411 – This is damaged by the user and regret to inform you that this will not cover under the warranty.
- Wash Basin broken at Block – P Flat No. 112 – This is damaged by the user and regret to inform you that this will not cover under the warranty.
