Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, all the permission was granted outside of plot limit by Drainage Department to your company and you have NOC for the same. Now, your dewatering line is passing through neighbor plot and they sent notice to us which is highly intimated to you.

Kindly approach Dubai Municipality and redesign the dewatering route and do necessary action.
