We are in receipt of your letter ref: xxx dated 8 June xxx and while this letter is addressed to all Subcontractors and not specifically to xxx, we would like to note the following:
xxx did not receive the letter ref: xxx dated 02 March xxx or the project template for O&M manual therefore the deadline of 15 June xxx is not acceptable.
We request you to share the O&M manual template immediately in addition to all the documents related to Free Issue Items (material approval copy, draft warranty, TDS, company profile, etc.) that consist part of the O&M manual to allow us to prepare the draft copy for submission.
