Dear Mr. xxx,

With reference to above, We would like to inform you that as I informed you by telecommunication that we need for TV connections requirement points  in drawing, without  proper location with respect to power supply points and signal wiring we cannot  raise our  inspection. 

So, kindly  do needful immediately to  complete MEP work stag bar area.
