Subject : Provide the LPO Copy issued by our employer vide nomination ref: AP/269/328 dt. Nov 8,2017 and AP/269/330 dt. Nov 13, 2017 ( Work order, Client Purchase Order endorsement)
Dear Sir,
Please note the following:
- Provide the LPO acceptance and with stamp and sign.
- Take the measurement of the site if required and submit the shop drawing.
- We are attaching the soft copy of the project drawing for your ready reference to prepare the shop drawing. Two sets of A1 drawings with soft copy to be submitted. Visit the site to discuss with the concerned team member for advance feedback.
- All the invoices to be submitted to Main contractor to be forwarded to the client.
- The project schedule is that we must finish our work by Feb 24 and our interior and false celling work in progress and your coordination required immediately and we are expecting your drawing submission in a day or two and along with your invoice
5.1) submit your invoice immediately along with the advance payment security as agreed with client.
5.2) Your schedule of work by considering that our celling work in progress and we must close it before Jan 15,2018.
- All the workers must have valid visa and must follow the safety norms at project site.
- Foreman must be available full time during execution of work. Main contractor will not allow any execution of work in the absence of foreman.
- Material must be approved by client/ consultant prior to procurement and sample board and specification must be submitted to us.
- Scope and drawing as per scope agreed with employer.
- Shop drawing submittal dead line by 13-12-2017.
