With reference to above, and we  would like  to thanks to understand our problem and agree to assistance financially in the meeting held in your office on dated 3.8.2017 in presence of high power  stake holders .

Furthermore, you assigned Mr. Jone and one finance person to be remain present site to assist us for any financial help to meet the very challenging and difficult deadline to compete the project in Dec 2017.as promised by Mr Jone that it is achievable with some personal efforts and assistance granted by.

The challenge is tough but we will not leave any stone unturned to meet to deadline / your milestone with collaborative assistance and aggression.

We contacted Mr Jone, who will visit the site today after noon and we need full support from your end and by your team to perform to meet the challenge ahead and dead line as every hours is important and impact if not address positively for very tough deadline.
