Dear Sir,

               With reference to the above subject we are in RTA Road No 373-11^th Street on Plot No

373-1297, this is ongoing construction project  as per attach drawing ,kindly give the permission for half road closing while concreting hours,

               Furthermore here we are undertaking that we will follow all the Rules & Regulation lead by RTA and other Local Authority as well as follow the traffic regulation, by adapting signing signal as shown in the attached drawing we will follow the same as while concreting hours.

               Kindly issue the temporary half road closing permission whenever we required,
