Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we are hereby attaching the inspection report for the mock up room area which is carried out by your team and kindly note the following:

1. M/s xxx MEP engineer commented for the media hub and we need the accessories from the client (the materials to be supplied from the appointed supplier through client) So, affected area only can be closed after supply of material for media hub wall area.

• The inspection of M/s xxx designer and supplier of materials, all the comments being forwarded to the interior subcontractor and just for your information and record we are attaching herewith.

This is for your kind information/ record and to do needful for the media hub issue.
