Subject : Notice of Variation-1 Changes in Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings Compare to Contract Tender Drawings.
Dear Sir,
Regarding to the above subject, Wherein IFC drawings were issued to us, it has been noticed that there are many changes done in IFC drawings which are nit in Tender drawings and Tender Addendums.
For instance, Changes in the Plan in the drawings A-100, A-101, A-102, A-103 (copy Attached IFC & Contract Dwg.) The changes are not limited to this as we are further reviewing the IFC drawings and other related documents. We will Forward to you the complete list of changes Along with Our Valuation in due course.
Nonetheless, we are proceeding with the works at site. However, such changes constitute variation to the contract, therefore, we kindly request you to issue an instruction for variation orders under Subclause 53.1 to enable us to submit the Cost Impact. Accordingly, we reserve our right to claim the related Time impact under Sub clause 44.1.
