We refer to the comments made on our submitted shop drawings (copy attached) where it was required to add additional fire hose cabinet (FHC) and the LPG cabinet; we hereby notify you that the comments made on the shop drawing constitute a variation to the contract.
In view of the above, this letter will serve as our Notice of Claim for additional cost; all the relevant details will be submitted in due course once the final selection of finish is approved by you.
