Subject         :Regarding non corporation of the xxx Building material and delay of

                      work at site.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we want to inform with the serious concern that since last 4-5 months we cautiously following up for sill stone & threshold material which to be supplied by the client nominated sub contractor.

Kindly note the following:

1. The initial delay happens in the nomination itself by client and after that there was a discrimency in nomination and it delay by the employer again.
2. The other delay is started for approval of the material and sample approval by client ID.
3. Now the nominated suppliers do not have the material and just playing with the emails for the measurement and other issues( another delay)

We want to inform you that from 2^nd floor to 10^th floor we do not have the material. Since nominated sub contrctor is not supplying the material.

So,we are here by inform you that Chirag Contracting will not held responsible for the delay of the project and pending Home Centre work in the guest room.Because client nominated maintanous company to supply the stones and they are not stockiest for the stone and they do not have the material.
