Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you the following mock-up room critical issues:

1.) Again yesterday the meeting held on 29.05.17 for the lighting circuit for mock- up room at 10 to 12nn/ issue unsolved. Mr. Sanjoy of Arkiplan will provide final conclusion formally.	CC/AP/426/17 dtd.25.05.17	Arkiplan	Still depending and multiple alternative/ inspection till 29.05.17
2.) Tile corner for ledge wall was not approved till date, we are waiting for your final decision as toilet fully under hold till then. As per instruction on 29.05.17, we called Duplex and waiting for the location address to send the tile sample and rest of the formalities will be by the client’s concerns. 3.) The communication for Home Centre with ref. CC/HC/005 dtd. 17.05.17 is still waiting for their reply. Shall we proceed to close the wall as we received the Media Hub boxes at site with our intimation letter.
