We are hereby attaching the LPO Order No.830138 dated 03.06.2018. Kindly note the following.

1. Mirror must be purchases from Dealer/applied supplier
2. Stamp must be on mirror from supplier.
3. Invoice / proof of origin to be produced.
4. Double coating mirror must be supplied.
