Subject : Regarding Minutes of meeting no.69, update for MEP , our concern for other items and mock up room program

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we have received the Minutes of meeting no.69 and kindly note the following:

Item.4 mentioned in the minutes of meeting no.69, the note which you have mentioned for the nomination of the vanity counter, timber door and mirror issued ,please note that for the vanity counter ,no nomination has been issued yet . (Refer our letter ref no: CC/AP/274/16 DT.11.02.17)

Joinery and timber doors, we have raised the issue which is not clear from your office, Mirrors was ID scope , not in the Main contractor’s scope and the toilet mirror issue is still pending with you.

Item no.3, the mock up room critical items are not responded fully i.e., mirror , shower mixer diverter, counter, tile , joinery and paint approval is pending including threshold as well as the top of the WC tank and the bath tub issue (regular intimation done by contractor)

Water proofing variation work in toilet- it was instructed in the meeting as “not required”, kindly withdraw the formal instruction and record the verbal instruction.

b) Contractor intimated that variation for the partition wall will be submitted and we will continue the work in 2^nd floor .

c)Swimming pool pump room location verbally confirmed in the meetings.

Item no.4.3, Contractor intimated that because of the many issue pending with the client we could not submit the program and now we are submitting the copy for the same.

Contractor requested that we are closing the wall by fixing the GRMS conduits (verbal instruction by client ) Subcontractors are not nominated till date we have sent request letter to confirm by employer (attached letter: CC/AP/269/16 DT.05.02.017)
