With reference to Progress Minutes of Meeting – 15, we would like to add following point in the status column of respective items. Also note that MCM still waiting for Provisional Sum and Prime Cost items Subcontractor/Supplier.

Nomination documents yet to receive by MCM. Upon received of approved quotation from Client/Consultant MCM will facilitate Sub-Contract Agreement.
