MEP Ducting work under hold due to AC grill issue

Subject              :   Regarding MEP/ Ducting work under hold due to AC grill issue.

Dear sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject we would like to inform you that since last meeting held on 03.04.17, the client informed about AC Grill and requirement of the side throw for corridoor AC.

We would like to intimate the following.

1. We ordered the duct for full project requirement as per approved shop drawing with AC grill at plain area not in bulkhead.
2. In the ID drawing AC Grill not shown and in our scope the ceiling was plain “gypsum board ceiling” and we have done shop drawing of grill accordingly and placed the order for material.
3. Now, since last meeting held in Arkiplan site office on 03.04.17 and issue discussed for side throw proposal and AC grill, it is not possible as per space available and no space left to provide side through as  we shown to ID and client.
4. As relevant stakeholder checked on the spot the AC grill can’t be accomodate in bulkhead because of the space constrain.
5. We also want to inform you that we hold the duct / other MEP work at corridor and also intimating that all duct have been fabricated and ready as per our order.
6. Photos from the corridor attached for your ready reference and is self explanatory that the corridor space occupied by MEP services.

So, this is for your kind information and we are waiting for your final instruction, till then our work  remain suspended at corridor.
