Subject :              Main Contractor’s Instruction – Access Panel Opening at POD 28 in Tower 1 Type B.

Dear Sir,

We refer to your letter ref: xxx dated xxx and would like to clarify as follows:

The pods 28 in tower 1, type-B have been produced as per the approved drawings ref: xxx only. The access panel size in the approved drawings (attached herewith as appendix 1 for your reference) is 300 * 300 mm and not 600 * 300 mm as stated in your letter.

We remind you that all the pods were produced as per the approved drawings only and were inspected and approved by xxx representative and the Consultant at the factory prior to delivery.

Any additional work required at site should be done by xxx and isn’t under any circumstances Xxx responsibility.

Should you require us to do the work on your behalf, such works then will be subject to the approval of additional cost prior to starting the works on site.
