Subject:               Main Contractor Instruction –Rectification of Switch Location- Tower 3, Pod 21, Type A.

Dear Sir,

We refer to your letter ref: xxx dated xxx and would like to clarify as follows:

We reject your statement that the pods were delivered with incorrect switch location. The pods were produced and delivered and per the approved drawing attached herewith for your reference and the same has been responded as well to your email communications.

We again remind you that all the pods were produced as per the approved drawings only and were inspected and approved by xxx representative and the Consultant at the factory prior to delivery.

Therefore, any additional work required at site should be done by xxx and isn’t under any circumstances Xxx responsibility and no back charge of any cost will be acceptable by Xxx.

Should you require us to do the work on your behalf, such works then will be subject to the approval of additional cost prior to starting the works on site.
