Subject : Lighting Control System catalogue & Dimming system catalogue (DALI) for Specific areas.
Dear sir,
With reference to the subject we would like to inform you that based on point no. 5.4 item no. (vii) in MOM # 76 dated 27.03.2017 & further to your letter Ref.no. AP/269/CC/277 dated 15.03.2017, we would like to inform you for the following points as mentioned below.
- We are in process of arranging the quotations for complete lighting control system for this project with three different suppliers.
- As intimated by our suppliers (email attached for your reference) that they need complete lighting catalogues mentioning the type & wattage of the light fixtures for the BOH areas & specific areas such as Reception Lobby, Lavazza, All Day Dining & Pool Bar to submit the final quotations.
- Your letter Ref.no. AP/269/CC/277 dated 15.03.2017 shared only the layouts giving details for the zoning of dimming system.
So, we request you to please share the complete details for the light fixtures as mentioned above required to be controlled & integrated with dimming system enabling us to finalize the design of the lighting & dimming (DALI) systems.
Furthermore, we can’t prepare the shop drawings & load schedule for these areas. Also reply at the earliest from your end to avoid any delay.
