Subject: Regarding Light Textured Anti Carbonated Paint System for the basement and our previous submittal.
Dear Sir,
With ref. to above our painting proposal which is submitted on 18.4.16 returned back on 9.15.16 mentioned that the item is under PC, kindly note the following
- All internal area painting is not under PC item except the decorative paint system that we did not submit since it is very specialized item need to be finalized what type of decorative paint.
- For rest of the area including decorative paint are not under PC item, so we submitted the Sigma paints company for the rest of the area and it has not been approved.
- The basement ceiling supposed to be have the paint to start MEP installation and it is being delayed since you have disapprove the reason that the item is under PC, which is not in our any document.
As our other activities being affected in the area so we are re-submitting only for basement wall and ceiling which is Light Textured Anti Carbonated Paint System from pre-qualified supplier from your list. So kindly review the submittal and request to approve because we must start the work in basement.
