We refer to below quotation on the above project: M/s xxx Middle East Traders LLC Revised Offer vide letter ref. 2105R/089/08/xxx, dated 6^th August xxx.

On behalf of the Employer, we are pleased to inform you that your final offer has been accepted by xxx on the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Scope of Works

Design and prepare of BBS as per drawings, cut and bend of deformed steel bars and delivery at site.

• Total Contract Rate

In accordance with the Project Documents and subsequent to the Engineer’s satisfaction & approval, the Contract Rates shall be by the following:

Deformed bars per MT – AED 2490.00/-

Cut & Bend per MT – AED 100.00/-

Deformed bars per MT – AED 500.00/- per Tip

The Contract Rates is as per the final agreed quotation.

• Retention not applicable
