Dear Viqar,

With reference to the above, below are the planning lists of your duties for your reference.

1. As per plan of R9 you should input the daily resources as per WBS
2. You must visit the site and collect the data’s daily and input/record.
3. You should provide monitoring and control report for individual ongoing activities.
4. You should follow the tracking for approval of the subcontractor from BOQ, PSPC item.
5. You should track the report with item approval and a critical.

So, as a programmer:

1. Plan
2. Monitor during execution
3. Provide status report to control deviation.
