Subject: Guide line for surveyor work
Dear Surveyor,
Kindly note the following:
- Surveyor must report at the site to PM –Mr. xxx where all the level of points are to marked for that will be informed to him.
- Surveyor should not take away any machine at the site from the assigned area till the points are ready and checked by consultant.
- PM-Mr.xxx will inform QA/QC engineer, Site engineer to raise request for time of the inspection from consultant and will be given to surveyor.
- The surveyor is allowed to remove the machine after the points are received by Site engineer by taking his sign with time and date mentioned on it.
- Surveyor should register in his dairy the daily work done at the site and take signature from the PM
NOTE: If surveyor will not follow the above the above points his work is considered to be null and avoid, and will be considered absent for that day.
