Dear Sir,
With reference to the mentioned project, subject, and Letter of Award (LOA) Ref: xxx dated 29th August xxx, and in response to the snags comments, herein we would like to highlight as follows:

| 365 Restaurants | Buffet skirting has bubbles / cracks that needs to be changed | The bubbles / cracks are resulted due to misusage by the Hotel Staff. The solid wood shall not be cleaned by liquids, therefore this snag is out of our responsibilities. |
| Floor parquet gets damaged continuously | All damages have been rectified | |
| Business Center | Outside wall wooden panel came out | All wooden panels have been re-fixed properly |
| Carvin Cajun Restaurants | Buffet wooden counter has cracks | Misusage by staff refer the above clarification |
