Dear Mr. xxx,

We received a letter from you regarding the ceiling tiles changing to Calcium Silicate to 8mm Gypsum tile which in the letter asking us to comply with the preliminary proposed internal Finishing specification Condition (point no.2 finishing and service components, item “H” for false ceiling works) & Point no 1 8mm/60x60mm gypsum tile false ceiling for kitchens, bathroom and to protect the Gypsum tile inside wet area by using Aluminum foil) which we haven’t received from Sun Engineering till date.

We acknowledge the request and after confirming the availability and approval of Gypsum tile we will proceed in the future pods.

But we appreciate if you can kindly consider approving the variation for the false ceiling materials which are already delivered to site till date (432 Pods).

Your support and cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
