Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we have reviewed and analyzed the revised civil defense drawing and we compare with the approved drawings and kindly note the following:
- Due to revised drawings, we have been listed out the variation for civil defense in attached document for MEP work i.e., AED 153,860.00.
- There is impact on the ground floor front office near to the window area to accommodate additional FHC , this to be decided by consultant to issue revised drawing and make additional core cutting at ramp area.
- The related variation for civil, we will submit after receiving the final proposal from FHC area from your office.
- Total impact on time and cost will be intimated formally after clearance of office area modification/new drawing submission.
So, this is for your kind notice and kindly advise and issue the Engineer’s instruction to carry out the variation and issue ground floor office area revised drawing.
