Subject      : Regarding DEWA reinfection comment for RMU and Substation as well as     external painting comment.

Dear Sir,

With reference above we would like to inform you that we did our level best for the DEWA that this is the external painting approved by the consultant. But DEWA inspector not being fully convinced for the external painting. And kindly note the following.

1. We submitted external paint approval Ref: CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/175 dtd 10-04-2017.it was commented by ID and submittal rejected.
2. We resubmitted Ref: CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/175 which is pending with you since  then ( more than 50 days)

This is for your kind information and kindly advise to nullify this external paint comment for the schedule inspection for level 11-07-2017.
