Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter OC-MCM-NCT-L001 dated 28th September 2020 Notice of Contract Termination, please be informed we will be demobilizing the site facilities and resources from tomorrow 6th October 2020 after hand over is done.
The material (of Sanitary fitting and fixtures, Wall and Floor Tiles, water pumps, GRP water tanks and Solar water heaters) at site under our custody will also be handed over to client by tomorrow.
From tomorrow 6th October 2020 to onward Menders Contracting & Maintenance LLC will not be responsible for any loss of material, damages to property and any DDA violations for the captioned project.
Furthermore, remove MCM as main contractor immediately during this transition period and change of contractor, no subcontractor will be allowed to enter or work at site at any situation unless project is completely owned by the newly appointed contractor through Dubai Development Authority (DDA).
Therefore, you are requested to share appointment letter of newly appointed Contractor to send signed copy of removal of MCM as main contractor the said project at the earliest to approach DDA to release project under Menders Contracting & Maintenance LLC.
