Dear Mr. xxx,

As per the site instruction about the area not ready to receive the pods today for Plot 001-Block 2, 4^th Floor, we will not be sending the pods which are ready in our factory. This has caused xxx problems including the cancellation of trailers which already arrived in our factory. The transport company will be charging detention charges of AED 500 per trailer as this delay was not informed in advance.

Moreover xxx cannot be hold responsible for any delay at site because of others not committing to their scope of works.

We appreciate if you can inform us in advance for any such delays at site to avoid these detention charges of the trailers.
