Dear Mr. Krishnan,

We would like to inform you that we can’t install sanitary item in toilet as your team absent from the site yesterday. We called your foreman and he informed us that on Saturday they are not working.

This is for your kind information and kind notice that we can’t accept that our work being delayed due to your incomplete work, other subcontractor can being delayed because you didn’t complete the work.
