With reference to the above subject, we are handling our following documents and approval for civil defense door as well as fixing of the frame at Guest room entrance door:

3. Tender Documents Vol.1                                                  3 sets

(Guest room- wooden door with frame)

• We need the sample and specification for all fire rated door along with the license issued by DCD.

So, the all sets of Vol-1 Tender Documents as mentioned in item A should be signed at Section-3 (page 2/3 and 3/3) and all sets of the Attachment-A should be stamped wherever the stamp not available.

Kindly, written back 2 sets of each document and 1 set for your keep.

Furthermore, provide the sample that mentioned in item B.
