Subject            Common wall door between twin and queen room, redesigned/resubmitted for     102 mm and issue of double shutter interconnecting door

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that there was an issue for drawing

approval for 2nd floor and issue for the other floors. We submitted our drawings for 102 mm with

with 50 Db which is as per the required design and drawings.

Kindly note that the interior subcontractor, M/s xxx Center could not fix double shutter

interconnecting door in single frame in 102 mm and they fixed the mock up door at 2nd Floor in

120 mm wall thickness as per the approved drawings for 2nd Floor.

So, as per the interior subcontractor, these interconnecting walls should have 122 mm thickness

and the double shutter door and frame already fixed need to be inspected by you in respect of

sound insulation and sealing procedure recommendation as well as impact of acoustic value

between the two shutters to be reviewed by you.

Kindly advise for this particular wall thickness as per the ID requirements.

Regards,

For xxx Contracting L.L.C
