Subject:           Regarding client instruction to contact you for quotation to resize/ cutting the toilet wall tile due to size issue in the supply.

Dear Mr. Saheer,

With reference above, as per client instruction we are here by informing you to collect the tile sample for provide us the following.

1. We have more than 3000 sqm tile which are having size difference in each and every tile and you need to cut the all tiles to make 100% equal size, by eliminating the defect in size by cutting the tiles as per requirement of sizing.
2. The tiles are at our project site in Al Barsha you need to collect from project site and deliver back after cutting in packing.
3. You inspect the tile and provide your confirmation to eliminate all defects.
4. The tile to be delivered in same quantity which you will collect and deliver back to the site at Al Barsha.
5. Provide your quotation for tile cutting by including the following.
6. Collection and delivery back at site.
7. Cost of the cutting of tile by piece or by packet.
8. Kindly asses the risk for breakage of the tile during cutting to avoid future discrepancy if any.
9. Put your payment terms for the scope mention above.
10. You also inform in the quotation delivery sequence and cutting time/per day production.
