Subject            : Regarding change request to delete the ceiling plaster and add the false ceiling in garbage room area at ground floor

Dear Sir,

With reference to above we would like to inform you that the garbage room which is in irregular shape and have a huge beam at center of the garbage room . Ceiling area of garbage room divided into two pockets because of the huge beam at center of the garbage.

So there is a practical difficulty to fix the sprinkler at center of the room since ceiling area divided into two parts and room ceiling not giving pleasant/uniform look due to multiple level and please note the following:

1. Due to beam divided into 02 pockets which is not giving the plain look and which cause  huge obstruction at center of room to fix the sprinkler at same level and requirement.

• We need to have a sprinkler pipe to follow the beam profile to have access from one side to other side of beam for sprinkler distribution with multiple bands .

• Area which is opposite to the garbage room door ,we have MEP services in the ceiling and there two more beams up and down which needs to be cover because the ceiling plaster will not have any impact in the ceiling area due to multiple level and services.

• We are sending our proposal with change request if we can fix 60X60 false ceiling by deleting the plaster will allow the sprinkler pipe to cross under the beam without multiple bands, all the services and beams projection will also be cover and give the plain ceiling without any multiple levels.

• The false ceiling light will be fixed in the false ceiling in the same level, no need to hang the ceiling light from the ceiling level to beam bottom.

• We will not claim for any variation for the false ceiling because the amount is very minor and positive /negative variation is attached along with.

 Kindly review our change request, advice accordingly and we are submitting the shop drawing along with tis request.
