Subject:           Regarding activities underhold due to pending decision or supply

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to highlight the issues which are having the impact in our progess and we could not proced the following:

1. The windoe sill order cannot be poursue because the orange room sill approval still awaited from your office (delay by employer)
2. The tile starting point at main entrance foor for guest room, we submitted the drawing with our statement that we are proceeding but we observed that still the final decision have not taken, so to mitigate the risk of rework we do not start the floor tiling and guest room
3. Kindly issue the location for the door bell as it is the concern of the ID.
4. The bathtub issue and fixing the tub in mocko-up room, we need the Engineer’s instruction to use the tub supplied for sample. Can we use or not?
5. Shall we follow the bathtub height as per ID, if you discard our concern!! If you release the instruction for the sample of bathtub in unit #6
6. We do not have toilet tile supply at site because the previously supplied tile haeve the issue of the color mismatching.
7. In pending PS/PC item we are working from our end to provide our quotation for internal paint as per sample proposed and commented which are  in PC item, meantime we are reminding that we need nomination from the client for the GWP-02 ( for gypsum partition) and CP04 (concrete wall) wherever applicable.

So, the mock-up room completion is pending the final inspection and without approval of the mock-room inspection, we cannot proceed the rest of all areas and the risk involves for the rejection of the work done due to non-inspection of approval.
