Dear Mr. xxx,

We received your letter on 16^th July xxx regarding the site readiness to receive the pods. In our previous correspondence we were clear with xxx Engineering that we needed 2 days notice to organize the trailers and to fix the doors. Since xxx Engineering is not following the schedule given to us and with so much behind the program, we were unable to complete the pods 100% with the doors. However we are arranging the pods by Saturday 19^th July xxx as the first day of delivery.

But still in the today’s delivery requested area is not cleared for pods, 3 bathroom area grouting is balance and the jack in all areas are not removed.

We appreciate if you can please organize the site and give us the crane in the morning itself to finish the installation before the site time finishes.
