Nomination of metal door and discrepancy at 14th floor

Subject            : Nomination of metal door and discrepancy at 14^th floor due to change in the

  drawing.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we reviewed the nomination issued at 28.05.17 with reference no. AP/269/301 and kindly note the following:

1. In the nomination the quanity of the metal door is 39 nos.
2. We cross-checked with the revised drawing and noticed that the store room area at 14^th floor was revised and there is no store room in our latest revised drawing.
3. We are attaching the comparison sheet that only 38 nos of doors only intead of 39 nos.

So, shall we provide the LPO with revised quantity or you will revise the nomination after review our statement.Kindly reply asap.
