Subject : Our Undertaking Letter for the Delivery of Materials from Gypsemna Company
Dear Sir,
We would like to inform you and under taking that we will request to Gypsemna Company the material for the drywall partition to be deliver here in site and taking all the responsibility for the material.
Furthermore at this stage we are requesting for the releasing of the check payment for the material delivery.
Meantime, we also provide the workable space to receive the necessary materials. The contractor (Chirag Contracting LLC) will provide and taking the responsibility in keeping and using the materials
So, kindly consider our request to release the payment for the particular amount for the said materials.
